The healing system I use does not require me to physically touch a client, which is why you are seated in a chair in front of me. This is also so that I can psychically ‘see’ areas out of balance, which I cannot do if a person is laying down.
The face-to-face sessions take place in my cabin studio in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The premises is on the ground floor and is easily accessed from the A1, with free street parking.

I channel Frequency Healing into your body and consciousness, and am able to offer diagnostic feedback. I also look at your birth chart to help you to understand any repeating patterns, or patterns you have with family or other connections. These sessions are approximately 2.5 hours, and are offered in the morning. I use a combination of therapies to get to the root of the issue if you feel there is something holding you back.

What is included?
This fee includes a follow up session on the phone, usually within 7-10 days of your session.
A follow up session helps to keep you on track and allows you time to integrate the healing session.
I include a mini energetic rebalance session if you have been very unwell or struggling with challenges. This would usually be within 3-5 days of your initial session, and is offered by distance. This is offered at my discretion and helps you to ground your energy.
If you decide to continue having healing on a regular basis you can join my distance healing subscription which offers around a 30% discount (see become a member page).
If you prefer you can continue to have in-person healing on a regular basis.
Face to Face Frequency Healing sessions are only for clients age 20 and over.
I am based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, with good links to roads and public transport.
I would recommend that you stay overnight locally if you have travelled more than 30 miles and are driving. This is because it is a very powerful healing session and you could feel extremely tired when driving home.
If circumstances arise that are completely out of your control and you find yourself unable to attend, the session can be offered completely by distance i.e. you do not have to attend physically to receive the healing, advice/ mindset work. This simply helps me ensure that sessions are honoured and that I can hold the time for you with full presence and preparation.
The remaining balance can then be paid in cash on the day of your session.
Once we have met and begun to build a connection, future in-person appointments can be paid in full on the day with no deposit required.

No. Healing is about restoring balance to your life and in your relationships with others, about expressing feelings, about change and the need for it. It often helps bring a sense of proportion and perspective and a greater feeling of “feet on the ground”, of regaining control, irrespective of whether you are ill or not. On the other hand, it can be especially helpful in crisis situations and with terminal illness. It can stand alone as a therapy, has no harmful side effects and works well with any other therapy. It is a process, above all, to help you to help yourself.
I generally recommend at least 4 sessions. It is important to be part of the healing process by making notes on how you feel before and after a treatment. This way you begin to notice changes more quickly, whether they are obvious shifts or subtle ones.
Also it depends on what you are looking to understand or change from having healing.
For some they need more energy as they have busy lives, some are struggling with physical issues so will need to make lifestyle changes to benefit the most, some clients are going through a life challenge – like divorce or bereavement – and so just need some help for a short period of time, and some clients want to understand how to connect more to their psychic abilities, which can be more of a long term commitment.
No. Healers work from a wide range of philosophies and many simply see their ability as a natural resource. Nothing special is expected of a client, however, except perhaps openness to anything that happens and a degree of trust in the healer.
