Sessions are offered remotely, so there is no need to physically be in the same room. You can receive healing from anywhere in the world; intention and being open to receive is everything! If you are unable to physically rest or meditate during a healing session, please know that you still receive the codes and frequencies that you need. I simply recommend that you aim to avoid driving and operating machinery as a health and safety precaution, in case you feel tired during your session.

After the healing, you will be given feedback on what occurred during the session, how this may impact you over the following weeks, and support on how to integrate the energetic shift that occurred in the session into your daily reality. The feedback will be recorded and sent to you.
