This remote group healing session is designed to clear energetic blockages, uplift your vibration and restore inner peace and flow.
Energy is the substance of the universe and transcends time and space. I do not need to be physically with you. By receiving your name and date of birth, I create a strong energetic link to send healing frequencies directly to you. Sessions are 60-80 minutes, and you simply need to be in a relaxed state. I will record all feedback and send it to you afterwards.
Healing prompts the body to release emotional and physical toxins. You may feel tired, drowsy, or deeply relaxed. This is a normal and positive process called ‘integration’, which can last for a couple of days. It is important to drink water to support this release. I recommend keeping a diary to note the subtle shifts as you integrate the healing.
